“Illuminations and Impressions” is an exhibition of art and design created by people who are blind or have low vision. This exhibition is a project of Columbia Lightouse for the Blind, designed and installed in collaboration with students from the Master of Arts in Exhibition Design program at the Corcoran School of the Arts & Design at The George Washington University. The team of student designers worked on this exhibition through an initiative called DesignCorps, an opportunity for client-based, real-world exhibition projects. Join Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind and the Corcoran School of the Arts and Design on the opening night of this exhibition at H-Space Gallery! FREE admission, hors d’oeuvres and complimentary refreshments. This event will last from 4 to 8 PM, with a speaker program at 6:30 PM.

For more information, please contact Jocelyn Hunter at jhunter@clb.org.

The exhibit will last from Thursday, April 6th to Thursday, May 4th. The gallery will be open on Tuesdays from 12-5 PM, Fridays from 12-6 PM and by appointment. If interested in scheduling an appointment, please contact Elizabeth Knipp at eknipp@clb.org.
