Several parking garages are located in the Lafayette Centre and nearby office building. CLB does not validate parking.

Nearest Metro exits are Dupont Circle (19th Street and Connecticut Avenue, NW) on the Red Line – or - Farragut West (18th and I Streets) on the Orange and Blue Lines.

Riverdale, MD Office:

The entrance is located on Baltimore Avenue. Free parking is available behind the building, off Queensbury Road. CLB encourages the use of the parking lot for safe drop-off and pick-up.

Directions from DC Metro Stops

Distance from Dupont Circle Metro stop to CLB is approximately 0.4 miles.

Take the South exit at the Dupont Circle Metro stop. From the top of the escalators continue to walk south along the east side of 19th Street. Travel one block, then cross N Street. Travel one block. Cross Jefferson Place. Cross M Street. Turn right to face west at the corner of 19th and M Streets (SE corner of the intersection) and cross 19th Street to the SW corner of the intersection. Continue to walk west for one block along M Street to the intersection of 20th and M Streets (SE corner of the intersection). Cross 20th Street. Turn left (to face south) at the corner of 20th and M Streets (SW corner of the intersection). Travel half of one block south along 20th Street. Halfway between L and M Streets, the sidewalk will become rocky near the entrance to the Lafayette Centre.

The Lafayette Centre is a brick building with a row of brick columns on both sides and a brick walkway that leads to an open plaza and several shops including a restaurant with outdoor seating. Turn right onto the Lafayette Centre walkway.

Enter the Lafayette Centre’s South Lobby, which is the first entrance on your left. Four elevators, two on both the left and right, are located just past the security desk in the lobby. CLB is located on the North side of the seventh floor.

Distance from Farragut West to CLB is approximately 0.3 miles.

Proceed up the escalators at the Farragut West Metro stop. From the top of the escalators turn right (to face east toward 18th Street). Turn right again (to face south toward I Street). Travel south towards the corner of 18th and I Streets. Turn right onto I Street and travel west to the intersection of 19th Street and I Streets. (NE corner of the intersection). Cross 19th Street (to the NW corner of the intersection). Continue to travel west along I Street to the intersection of 20th and I Streets (NE corner of the intersection). Cross 20th Street (to the NW corner of the intersection). Turn right at the corner of 20th and I Streets (to face north towards K Street). Travel north along 20th Street (west side of the street) to 20th and K Streets (SE corner of the intersection). Cross K Street.

Note: K Street has four lanes and runs east and west. It has service roads on either side of K Street for vehicles to park, drop off/pick-up passengers, make deliveries, and make right turns from K Street onto intersecting streets. It also has median strips that separate the service road from the main road. However, the median strips should not impact pedestrians crossing at the crosswalk.

Continue to travel north along 20th Street to the intersection of 20th and L Streets (SW corner of the intersection). Cross L Street (to the NW corner of the intersection). Continue to travel north on 20th Street for about 300 feet (mid-block) to the Lafayette Centre.

Halfway between L and M Streets, the sidewalk will become rocky near the entrance to the Lafayette Centre. Directions from Washington, DC to Riverdale Park Office

From Prince George’s Plaza Station:

Take the Green line (Greenbelt) train to Prince George's Plaza Station. Depart the train at this station. Take the F4 New Carrollton bus to Queensbury Road and Baltimore Avenue (Route 1). Depart the bus and walk in the same direction as the bus (east) to get to the crosswalk at the corner of Queensbury Road and Baltimore Avenue. Cross Queensbury Road. Turn left and travel along the sidewalk to the walkway for the CLB main entrance. Turn right to reach the CLB main entrance (6200 Baltimore Avenue, Suite 100).
