Media Advisory: 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt with Beeping Eggs

WHO:             Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind (CLB) will participate in the 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt for children who are blind or visually impaired. The event is sponsored by the New Vision Pioneers-Alexander Graham Bell Chapter #15, a group of active and retired employees dedicated to community service.

WHAT:          The 35th Annual Easter Egg Hunt is open to children of all ages who are blind or visually impaired.  Easter Egg Hunt participants search for eggs that are specially designed to emit beeps. After each participant locates an egg, he or she can redeem the egg to receive a prize.  In addition to the Easter Egg Hunt, Easter holiday giveaways will be provided and refreshments will be served.  The Easter bunny will also be on hand to entertain children and adults.
